Pursuant to Article 13(1) 1-2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (OJ L 119 , 4/5/2016, p. 1–88) we provide the following information:

3. The basis for the processing of personal data by our company will be:
– expressing consent to conclude a contract, i.e. a sales transaction based on your interest in our offer and for the proper performance of the contract,
– fulfillment of our obligations, such as financial settlements, including tax settlements,
– implementation of objectives resulting from our legitimate interests, such as sending offers to you as part of direct marketing and for archival purposes being the implementation of our legitimate interest in securing information in the event of a legal need to prove facts.
4. You have the right to change your consent to the scope of processing or to withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on your consent before its withdrawal.
5. In the case of processing, you have the right to object to the processing of personal data. Our company will stop processing personal data unless we can demonstrate that there are compelling legitimate grounds for our company in relation to your data that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or we need your data to possibly determine or investigate or defense of claims.
6. The storage period of your personal data will last as long as there are legal and factual grounds for it.
7. Providing your data is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. Your personal data will not be transferred to the recipient to a third country or international organization.
8. We may transfer your personal data to entities such as:
– courier and forwarding companies (for the purpose of delivering parcels),
– accounting office serving our company
The above entities have gained access only to your data whose processing will be necessary for the proper performance of the contract.
9. Pursuant to the above-mentioned regulation, you have the right to:
– access your data and copies thereof;
– rectification of personal data;
– deletion of data;
– object to the processing of your data;
– data transfer;
– submit a complaint to the supervisory authority.
